When you have request a repair service, transmitter or receiver replacement, the following information is needed for identifying the system:

Model number

Serial number

Channel number

ID number

The information you can find on the back of the transmitter. If that label on the transmitter is damaged, you can get the information on the receiver. The serial number and model number are the most important information for identifying the system.

We inspect the transmitter or receiver

We inform you the cost, lead time and what will be done with it

You advise us your decision with a PO (if agree)

We will perform the repair and send you the transmitter or receiver back

Replacements of Transmitter / Receiver / Spare parts:

You request Transmitter / Receiver / Spare parts with the system information by email or phone

We quote you the cost, lead time, recommendations (if available)

You advise us your decision with a PO (if purchase)

We ship the goods.

System replacement
